About the Client:
Our Client is a new and ambitious children's care provider looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a solo provision children's home in Wisbech. This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop a new service while working alongside a supportive and hands-on Responsible Individual.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and manage the operational activities of the home in line with Ofsted regulations.
2. Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care.
3. Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards.
4. Achieve and maintain "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted inspection outcomes.
5. Implement the Statement of Purpose, ensuring the home's objectives are met.

Essential Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
2. A track record of achieving strong Ofsted inspection outcomes.
3. In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and therapeutic care practices.
4. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent).
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
