The Accumulation Platform includes the Intermediary Wealth Accumulation Lab and our Digital channels for advisers and clients which sit alongside our client management, new business and operation teams, working together as one platform team.
We're looking for a Lab Product Manager for our IP&I Intermediary Platform Lab who, in conjunction with our Product Owner and Engineering Lead, will drive the delivery of changes to help our Wealth advisers and their clients. The platform now hosts c200,000 clients with assets in excess of £30bn, and we have ambitious growth targets.
What you’ll be doing:
* Be responsible for the response to new regulation and market developments to ensure our proposition always remains compliant and competitive.
* Accountable for Product governance and Business Readiness activities (e.g. training and comms, testing and readiness for implementation) for your respective products features, journeys, or technology components.
* Act as an advocate for our propositions and support effective story telling internally and externally to drive colleague and market advocacy.
* Work with Product Owners and Customer Journey Managers to analyse user stories for improvements and differentiate our offer through experience. Define business cases and proposition specifications user-stories at Lab or Team level to meet customer needs. Work with Integrators when change is particularly large.
* Support management of backlog priorities and ensure the client and adviser are at the heart of our decision making. Prioritise, refine, and manage Lab or Team Product Backlog.
* Champion the Consumer Duty, ensuring we deliver on key promises to customers and avoid foreseeable harms.
* Support delivery of trading targets and OKRs and provide product performance and benefits data.

What you’ll need:
* Product Delivery- You'll have led improvements on product development process and delivery using new methodology, techniques, tools, etc. You've been responsible for cross-functional teams’ collaboration to deliver products in innovative delivery methods.
* Leadership & Culture- Experienced in cultural change initiatives with an understanding of the main barriers to changing culture and the criticality of leadership consensus.
* Product Ownership- You have experience of handling a backlog efficiently and delivering simple and sophisticated product changes. You demonstrate a good level of domain knowledge.
* Customer Centricity- Validated experience of anticipating customer’s needs and using customer input and steer to present targeted, coordinated, and outcome-focused solutions and opportunities.
