About the role
We have a brand new preschool who are seeking to appoint an Early Years practitioner to work alongside a wonderful team.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to the youngest children, within the ethos of the whole school.
They will contribute towards the key principles and drive to provide a secure, stimulating, and caring environment that encourages children to develop to their full potential.
They will have a commitment to promoting equality and offering inspirational learning opportunities for all children in their care.
Working pattern: 33.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday 08:30 am – 15:30 pm (plus a 45-minute weekly team meeting exact details to be confirmed), 38 weeks per year (term-time only).

Role requirements:
Level 2/3 Pre-School Practitioner:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Relevant NVQ Level 2 or above, CACHE Level 2 or equivalent.
2. Current or recent experience of working in an Early Years provision.
3. Understanding of Current EYFS expectations and child development.
4. Patience.
5. Ability to work creatively.
6. Ability to manage time efficiently.
7. An understanding of Safeguarding procedures.
8. The ability to promote relationships and behaviour in line with the ethos of the wider school.
