What You’ll Be Doing: Speaking with clients to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions Managing policy administration, including processing new business, renewals, and adjustments Liaising with insurers and other stakeholders to resolve queries and manage claims Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance Spotting opportunities to offer additional products and services that benefit clients What We’re Looking For: If you have experience in office-based customer service, strong communication skills, and enjoy building relationships, we’d love to hear from you No previous insurance experience is required – full training and professional development will be provided. This full-time role offers a salary of £25,000–£28,000, depending on experience, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
