Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Lidl. The role is part-time, with 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) and additional benefits including a pension scheme and 10% in-store discount.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, determined and have excellent customer service skills. They will work efficiently to manage deliveries, merchandise products and provide a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist customers with their queries and requests
* To efficiently manage deliveries as they arrive in store
* To provide excellent customer service at all times
* To maintain the bakery and keep it topped up with fresh goods
* To expertly merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of Non-Food products

* A competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights
