We're looking for someone who’s motivated and detail-oriented to join our team as our new Repairs Support Officer. The Repairs Support team is a team who support our customers with their repair enquires.
In this role, you’ll play a key role to keep our customers at the heart of all investigations and making sure that the process is seamless, efficient and they’re kept fully informed at all stages in a timely manner.
You should possess excellent communications and IT skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft software in particular Word and Excel.
You'll need to be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to your work and be prepared to support all administration functions within our team.
No two days will be the same in this role so you'll need enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile.
