The Role
You will deal with high-value and complex matters for an excellent and varied client base, working alongside an experienced Partner. The caseload will depend on your focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, development work and agricultural land.
This team are regularly referred to work from other areas of the firm, and you will be given full support to service your own client base or contacts should you bring this with you.
Requirements:
1. You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE.
2. You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters and a strong billings history.
3. You should be ambitious, driven, and willing to contribute to the further growth of the department.
