Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within our IT Service Support Team at Inca Warehouse in Ashford. This is a permanent post for individuals with good attention to detail who want a chance to experience working in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated and driven Asset Configuration and Licencing Administrator to join our busy and friendly ICT department. Main duties of the job The post holders will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of IT assets ensuring they get to the right location. This will involve accurately updating our IT asset management system, taking bulk delivery of all types of IT equipment into our various storages and distributing them to our local sites. The post holder will also be responsible for configuring some of this equipment in line with our IT security policy. Applicants must have the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage priorities effectively. Technical and Customer service skills are an extremely important factor in this role.
