Motor Product Consultant Salary Circa £30,000 DOE This is an exciting, challenging and diverse role and the successful candidate will be key in supporting the development, management and growth strategy of our motor insurance products. Working closely with a number of teams across the business, you will play an instrumental role in the development and delivery of new propositions whilst managing the existing product portfolio to ensure it meets our customer's needs and remains compliant within the regulatory framework. A bit about the job: As a Motor Product Developer, you will play a key role in delivering and developing products and services for customers and the active management of existing Personal Lines (PL) products. This is across all PL segments and channels. This includes a rolling programme of product development and improvement, ongoing distributor engagement and ensuring products create market advantage and deliver excellence for customers. We need your skills and experience to support with the product simplification agenda across all of PL, dramatically simplifying and improving our existing product estate for the benefit of our customers and for Aviva. Skills & Experience Required: A general understanding of the UK General Insurance market Experience of identifying customer needs, behaviours and trends and regularly share these observations into leadership /relevant teams A basic understanding of the legal, compliance and regulatory environment in relation to Financial Services, and have considered how this impacts insurance customers Be a creative thinker, able to bring innovation to product development.
