Furniture Sprayer Assistant
Salary – competitive pay based on experience.

Our client is a market-leading joinery specialist who creates bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and premium bespoke kitchens. They have an excellent opportunity for a sprayer assistant to join a growing team. They manufacture everything in-house at their workshop (SL3) where this role will be based.
Key tasks:
1. Sand and clean surfaces to prepare for staining and painting
2. Apply undercoats
3. Conducting quality checks – ensuring high standards
4. Maintain and clean spraying equipment regularly
5. Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
6. Must have 2+ years’ experience in workshop producing joinery, furniture or similar
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Responsible, with a good eye for detail
9. Work across multiple jobs at once if required
10. Experience working on high end residential projects is a bonus
11. Permanent UK residence with good English language skills
Schedule:
12. Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (6am – 3pm)
13. Overtime/Saturdays (not guaranteed but often available)
Must have a valid CSCS card
