As an Account Executive, you will join our award-winning consultancy and become an integral part of their Case Management team. Your role will involve handling a wide range of client queries. Your mission: to ensure their clients' cases are managed effectively, and their queries are resolved promptly.
Account Executive Key Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and resolve complex client and supplier queries with finesse.
2. Collaborate with customers to meet and exceed agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) daily.
3. Liaise with suppliers to secure the best outcomes for their clients.
4. Collect and organise client usage data from various sources.
5. Accurately input data into their CRM system (Salesforce) while maintaining quality standards.
6. Scrutinise and validate client bills, addressing anomalies in coordination with clients and suppliers.
7. Provide exceptional customer support within their organisation, ensuring all deadlines and internal requirements are met.
8. Collaborate and support the senior management team when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Strong background in customer service, especially in handling challenging situations.
2. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to diplomatically resolve queries and complaints.
3. Proficiency in analysing data, including invoices and spreadsheets.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
5. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to various roles within the team.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training on the industry, their processes, products, and company strategies. Moreover, you'll learn to use essential software tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office. They value a professional and friendly attitude, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in English and Maths.
