If so we want to hear from you Main duties of the job The Registered Manager will support the Childrens Services Project Team (a partnership between Navigo CIC, Nurtrio) in the initial homes set up and service development of new local children's homes for Children Looked After with moderate needs. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the home is compliant against The Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 including national minimum standards and Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF): Childrens homes and Looked after Childrens frameworks. To effectively lead and inspire the home's staff team. Embedding a positive, transparent culture, child focused ethos, achieving positive outcomes for young people and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. Leading processes, safeguarding and managing the day-day life within the home, contributing to developing and building well-established principles and practice standards for the home, proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of these standards.
