What Are We Looking For?
The Executive Headteacher seeks to appoint an aspiring Instructor to join this thriving specialist CSE school. Reporting to the Executive Headteacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons, contributing to the success of the department and the school. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and determined individual who shares our values and is eager to develop their career in this specialist area.
Person Specification:
* Understanding of teaching, learning, and qualifications.
* Experience working in non-mainstream settings with challenging learners.
* Ability to empathize and support student development.
* Robust understanding of safeguarding procedures.
* Ability to work as part of a small team.
* Good general education, ideally with a teaching qualification and Level 2 qualification in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
* Excellent delivery and communication skills.
* Reliability, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire.
* Good coordination and organizational skills.
* Proven track record of student achievement.
* Innovative, quick-thinking, and versatile.
* Proficiency in ICT skills, including Microsoft Office.
