You’ll oversee the partnership lifecycle, including financial matters, capital, profit share, and taxation. This role involves collaborating with teams across the business, including People Operations, Finance, and senior stakeholders. As Head of Partner Services, you’ll manage the team, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to deadlines. Your responsibilities will also include process enhancement, technology integration, and acting as a key advisor for internal and external stakeholders. Meet the Team: Partner Services are a team dedicated to supporting the partnership (owners of the business) and all matters relating to the partnership lifecycle, from appointment to retirement. This includes financials, capital, profit share and taxation (personal and partnership). The team are based in Leicester working on a hybrid basis of home and office-based work. This role can be based anywhere but would require some in person time with the team on a regular basis. What you will be doing: Lead and develop the Partner Services team, promoting a culture of collaboration and performance. Act as the primary contact for partners, providing guidance and problem-solving support. Oversee partnership administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and liaising with external partners. Manage partner capital, distributions, remuneration, and tax processes. Work closely with finance and senior stakeholders on capital structuring, dividends, and tax reporting. Coordinate with external tax accountants to ensure timely compliance and accurate filings. Maintain financial reconciliations and assist with cashflow, budgets, and statutory accounts. Ensure deadlines are met while improving processes and technology use. What you will need: Strong financial background, particularly in partnership accounting and legal services. Experience with partnership tax computations and personal tax returns. Proven ability to manage teams and complex workloads. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Resilient, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and muck in when all hands on deck are needed.
