You will make a difference to children with social, emotional and mental health needs and give them the opportunities they deserve is a job like no other. Emma has struggled to attend school for years. Thanks to her Pupil Support Worker, Emma developed ways of learning and emotional regulation, helping her to keep up with and exceed her peers. Emma is thriving right now, loving her Apprenticeship and positively engaging in her work experience with a local employer.
