Responsibilities
* Complete data centric, administrative tasks across the sales organisation
* Monitor and audit data quality
* Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
* Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
* Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
* Develop records management processes and policies
* Consider both back-end organisation of data and front-end accessibility for end-users
* Stakeholders management with both internal and external parties
* Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes whilst also appreciating scalability requirements
Person Specifications
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Numerate with excellent PC Skills (MS Office). Proficient in Excel, experience with Sisense in a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish creditability amongst stakeholders
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and execute within specified time frame
* Confident in identifying areas of opportunity and ability to present with confidence
* Comfortable working in a high tempo environment
