As a Technical and Integration Architect at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust you will be instrumental in defining, documenting and planning transformational change across clinical, operational and corporate domains within our Trust. These activities in turn will support the Trust in its wider strategic objectives.
In this role you will work with clinical and operational senior leaders alongside domain and technical experts to design, optimise, transform and consolidate solutions, integrations, technical architectures and clinical systems. These activities will manifest in your expert design advice in the form of technical and solution designs, and plans within the overall Informatics portfolio of change.
Main duties of the job
Your duties will also include establishing robust architectural governance frameworks, which includes the establishment and production of architectural reference models, catalogues and diagrams - all achieved in conjunction with other technical experts.

* Significant relevant experience within a Digital environment (as a solution and/or technical/integration architect) with a high degree of complexity acquired through training and experience over an extended period with exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms and environments.
* Experience of motivating and inspiring staff managed directly and indirectly to work together to achieve a common objective.
* Experience of managing a variety of senior stakeholders with conflicting agendas.
* Experience of conducting negotiations relating to highly complex matters both internal and external to the organisation.
* An understanding and knowledge of the workings of the NHS, the challenges it faces and of the reform agenda.
* Experience of managing resources and budgets.
* Experience of preparing and presenting reports of complex, sensitive or contentious information at senior forums.
