This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of coordinators who are responsible for scheduling, planning, and raising purchase orders for both planned and reactive maintenance work.
* Ensure efficient allocation of resources, including engineers working 24/7, to meet client demands and operational targets.
* Collaborate closely with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Monitor and improve operational processes.
* Work closely with the Technical team and General Manager to identify areas for improvement within the team.
* Develop a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
