The EPR Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for the administration and maintenance for the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s Cerner Millennium. The successful candidate will use configuration management and assurance tools for delivery, configuration data standards, and assurance of requests/maintenance tasks. This role will also support other corporate downstream application systems maintained by OUH IM&T Services.
Main duties of the job
* Provide EPR maintenance support to the Care Records Service.
* Participate in the advancement of the EPR maintenance and development workstreams.
* Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests.
* Support processes and develop strong working relationships with Cerner AMS.
* Provide training to users as appropriate.
* Develop and improve systemic approaches to ensure data quality.

Educational Background
* GCSE ‘C’ grade or equivalent in English and Maths.
* Educated to degree standard or comparable organisational experience.
* Recognised training qualification for Back Office or willingness to study.
