Sales Support Administrator
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary / Rate of pay: £25,000 to £30,000
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular business within the Construction & Industrial machinery industry and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
We are looking for a full-time Sales Support Administrator at our Head Office in Farnham. This role requires a strong communicator and highly organised individual with a flexible and hands-on approach to work as part of the Sales Support team.
The Sales Support Administrator will provide efficient administrative support to the Sales team, as well as the effective management of the sales administration processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing support to members of the Sales team
2. Maintenance of the Sales Order and PDI Schedules
3. Co-ordinate internal stock audits and external audit intermediary
4. Co-ordination of transport moves - Monitoring and reporting P&L
5. Management of the DVLA road registration process
Key skills we are looking for:
1. Proficient with Office applications; advanced Excel would be advantageous
2. Previous experience within a sales support role is desirable
3. Strong administration and organisational skills
4. Good level of numeracy
5. Excellent written communication
6. Excellent attention to detail
