Whilst this role doesn’t involve direct line management, we are looking for someone keen to share their knowledge and experience to help mentor and coach execs in the team. The role: Full-time: £33,000-£37,000 (depending on experience) Leading confidently across multiple Digital PR campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, KPIs are hit and budgets are adhered to Leading ideation and developing outreach strategies, being able to confidently pitch PR concepts internally and externally to clients Scoping Digital PR campaigns - identifying data sources, key angles and media targets Briefing team members on campaign elements, working to an agreed roadmap and timings for campaign execution Setting media strategy and reviewing media lists for targeted outreach Reviewing press releases and written content and confidently offering constructive feedback to support the development of other team members Resolving any campaign issues including identifying new angles for press outreach Communicating with clients on campaign progress with the ability to offer consultancy on calls and through written communications Reporting on results, successes and learnings in collaboration with other service lines Working closely with the team to spot potential growth opportunities for clients Supporting the wider team on new business pitches, confidently identifying opportunities and working on written proposals and pitches to clients About you: Proven experience in a Digital PR Manager role, delivering successful PR campaigns and achieving targeted results Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborating with journalists, clients and a flair for press release writing Ability to think strategically and creatively Leading by example and providing ongoing support to wider team Proven time-management and organisational skills Solid understanding of creative and reactive link-earning campaigns Good awareness of SEO and analytics, including how they can be utilised for digital PR opportunities Why work at ICS-digital?
