Outpost24 is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team!
We are seeking a commercially minded, results-driven colleague, who will oversee the relationship and service delivery for one of our most important customers. This role blends cybersecurity advising, and project execution, making it ideal for candidates with a passion for driving Cybersecurity projects forward, and directly impacting customer experience
The role involves driving the success of the customer's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and web application testing program, ensuring strategic internal alignment and seamless execution.
As one of the main points of contact for the client, you will focus on project planning, customer relationship management, and fostering collaboration across teams to deliver measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as an advisor for their strategic needs.
* Align project outcomes with the customer’s broader business objectives to deliver tangible value.
* Proactively identify opportunities to optimize services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Project Planning & Execution:
* Develop detailed project plans aligning with the customer’s SDLC objectives and timelines.
* Manage and communicate the project's resources, budgets, and schedules to meet project milestones and KPIs.
* Coordinate with internal teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
* Facilitate workshops, status updates, and progress reviews with stakeholders.
* Champion continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and performance data.
Web Application Testing Program Oversight:
* Guide the customer through the implementation and optimization of web application testing methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our ethical hacking team (Ghost Labs), Product Management, and Customer Success to meet technical and business requirements.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
* Partner with internal teams, including Customer Success, technical delivery teams, and product management, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Guide customers through project lifecycles, focusing on practical outcomes and efficient workflows.
Key Qualifications
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* 2+ years of account management or project management experience, preferably with technical or enterprise-level projects.
Core Competencies
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A commercial focus, understanding customer needs, and identifying growth opportunities.
* Familiarity with SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, or technical project environments is a plus.
