Main duties of the job
As the Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics. You will identify learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS), plan and design engaging learning courses and content, and facilitate interactive induction and refresher courses both face-to-face and virtually. You will also be responsible for accurately recording training sessions in the LMS and assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.

You will be ensuring that we have a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Other responsibilities will include:
* Leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics
* Identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS)
* Planning and designing engaging learning courses and content.
* Facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, both face-to-face and virtually, accurately recording training sessions in the LMS.
* Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout training.
About you

* Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector.
* Experience in adult social care and related qualifications.
* Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements.
* Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs.
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it).
* Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar).
* A UK driving licence and own transport.
