Our Net Zero Fleet Management Strategy will guide the large-scale investment needed which will transform the services and operations over the years ahead.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who has extensive experience of delivering a variety of standard and complex projects and has worked in a commercially sensitive environment. You will have significant senior level organisational experience with a proven and consistent track record of achieving strategic programme outcomes.
You will possess effective communication, relationship building, influencing, negotiation and project management skills as well as the ability to ensure organisational and service readiness for change.
As a key member of the senior management team, you will apply your exceptional business, people management and leadership skills to take forward the development of actionable plans for the replacement of fleet assets, introduction of alternative fuels and associated infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, robust contract management whilst meeting daily operational requirements. You will motivate and lead over 200 FTE with an annual revenue operating budget approaching £50m, and drive forward a positive culture of customer service, business value and continuous improvement.
