The Retail, Vending & Franchise Manager will lead and manage the vending portfolio, aligning it with both consumer and client insights while driving innovation in areas such as micro markets and smart vending solutions.
Job Description
This role is key to delivering retail excellence through a category management approach, ensuring the optimal range of retail packaged goods and sandwiches is available across the business.
You will also support brand managers with timely promotional activities and campaigns designed to drive business growth.
A critical part of the role involves overseeing the management, execution, and delivery of external brand partnerships.
You will ensure ISS remains fully compliant with partner standards and adheres to their brand guidelines while fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Communicate & support activation of franchise partner activities
* Support brand managers with commercial quarterly promotional retail products aligned to submitted briefs and provide in a format defined by brand manage
* Lead supplier relationships within RPG & Sandwiches to ensure best in class and aligned to procurement contractual requirements
* Ensure Categories, Ranges and Planograms are fit for purpose within the retail excellence, managing, maintaining and developing in line with segment, brand and consumer needs
* Create costing models for vending in support of bids and retentions
* Coordinate allocations for retail promotions and creation of planograms/blockagrams across all segments and brands for RPG and Vending solutions
* Vend SME for new site openings, refurbs and refreshes, mobilisation support & solutioning guidance, supporting bids & tenders
* Build & delivery of Vending Standard Operating Procedures to support business deployment
* Ensure Ops performance Vending Product portfolio sharepointis maintained/updated
* Ensure ISS initiatives and key initiatives are fully considered e.g. Carbon, Plant based, H&W
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Retail & Category management experience essential
* Strong team player
* Strong relationship builder
* Strong understanding of consumer and market food & beverage trends, retail, digital and social media
* Understanding & ability to create commercial models for bids/tenders
* Experience in project management
* Experience of working with multi functions
* Ability to work unsupervised
