Are you a skilled tradesperson with a knack for leadership? We're on the lookout for a Carpentry Supervisor to lead our Carpentry / Painting team. As a Carpentry Supervisor, you'll be in the driver's seat for operational duties, ensuring top-notch work quality, seamless project management, and unbeatable client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
* Deliver handyman and general building maintenance services to Christchurch International Airport.
* Roll up your sleeves and tackle assigned trades tasks promptly. Your craftsmanship will set the bar high for site quality audits.
* Lead and manage carpentry / painting works effectively. Your knack for efficiency ensures every job is delivered like clockwork.
* Rally your carpentry / painting team to victory by guiding them to peak performance. Your leadership will ignite their motivation and teamwork.
* Become the go-to point for clients. Your top-notch communication skills will smooth out any bumps and keep projects on track.
* Safety first, always. Your watchful eye will ensure our work sites are secure, complying with health and safety standards.
The successful applicant will have:
* Set hours between Monday – Friday, some weekend or after-hours work required.
