Working Pattern:
* Varied shifts including early mornings (5:30am start), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
* Role includes working in our in-store bakery.
* Full, paid training provided.
* Applicants must be 18 or over, as the role involves working before 6am or after 10pm.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and supporting the in-store bakery.
2. Support colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure store safety and legality by stocking shelves, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support community involvement through participation in activities and events.
