To know more about our rich experience, and us please visit https://www.cognizant.com/en-uk/ In this role, you can expect to: - Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process to ensure high-quality outcomes. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. - Assess client and stakeholder feedback and use your knowledge to establish and improve services, provide robust monthly reporting. - Lead the service delivery team and ensuring processes and tasks are followed. - Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. - Drive the development and agreement of SLA's for new services being delivered and Monitor/manage ongoing SLA and KPI performance, identify and implement improvements, as required - Complete operational review with stakeholders and clients in relation to the end-to-end service performance. - Assist with future project roadmap planning and ad-hoc client requirements to support client stakeholder (current and new) relationships. - Run weekly and monthly Governance meetings - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. - Assess and mitigate Risks in the Service Delivery To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: - Experience in a Delivery Manager role with experience in SAP consulting, implementation & support services and managing large SAP projects. - Experienced in SAP ASAP & ACTIVATE methodology, PMP & ITIL processes - Well versed with Utilities, R2R, O2C, P2P processes - Experience SAP ECC modules - Leadership and team management experience - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Showcase the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
