Job Description
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution
* Assist with recruitment and induction processes
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
* Contribute to performance management strategies
* Coordinate employee training and development activities
* Participate in HR project work as required
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator will have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Property industry
* Excellent understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
