What you need to do to be effective in this roleThe responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: ? Producing weekly and monthly reports for the QA & Compliance team? File and analyse internal audit results, ensuring corrective action requests are implemented and closed out effectively? Collaborate with internal teams to address quality related issues and ensure effective corrective and preventative actions are taken? Act as a central point of contact for quality assurance and general compliance queries, monitoring team inbox and directing queries as appropriate? Provide support to our Client Care Process? Conducting internal QA audits across the business? Assist with preparation and formatting of documentation for team members? Administration of online portals and ensuring compliance The skills and experience you need to have for this role? Experience of working in a similar role? Strong written and verbal communication skills? Strong organisational skills? Ability to communicate with people at all levels of business? Proficient knowledge and demonstrable experience with all MS Office suite? Good at problem solving with a ‘get it done’ attitude? Excellent time management skills? Experience of administering management systems preferable.
