Senior Global Sales Administrator Annual Salary: £35,000 Location: Camberley, Surrey (On Site, Free Parking) Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Senior Global Sales Administrator to join our Global Sales team. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer experiences and enhancing operational processes. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing robust sales support and fostering inter-departmental communications to boost efficiency and organisational effectiveness. Day-to-day of the role: Receive and process purchase orders and maintain sales transaction invoices while assisting with managing receivables. Verify orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details. Submit, extract, and analyse data on customer accounts through SAP. Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency with a focus on standardisation and simplification. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Compile monthly sales reports and expedite orders through internal liaison. Direct customer feedback to relevant departments. Identify new services to offer to the company’s clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: A-levels / BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or higher. Experience with industry software such as SAP. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping. Familiarity with sales reports and sales records. Proficiency with Microsoft system software. Good understanding of logistics processes Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
