We are working with a Local Authority to recruit for a Business Support Officer – Property Services. The candidate will work as part of a team of Business Support Officers covering general duties and individual work on assigned duties or for a specific area.

Rate: £16.95/hour, inside IR35 via Umbrella
Duration: 3 months FTC
Site Attendance: In office full time
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
* Provide excellent administrative and business support to the Property Services team
* Maintain and improve internal filing structures, with excellent diary management
* Provide support to SLA Managers
* Manage a demanding and reactive workload to ensure key objectives within Professional Services are met
* Create, maintain, and update documents and spreadsheets
* Liaise with contractors/suppliers and provide feedback to clients (e.g., outstanding work)
* Financial support duties include raising purchase orders, issuing invoices, completing payment voucher payments, and year-end processing
Experience:
* Local Government experience is desirable
* Background in property services is desirable
* Confident with core IT systems such as Microsoft Office
