Main duties of the job This role involves Establish, implement and monitor a range of administrative processes and systems to support the patients admission process, in the day-to-day management of patient care. Working to deadlines Communicating well with staff of all grades and disciplines Accurately record and complete patient information, maintaining confidentiality at all times Record keeping, updating information onto a database system for audit purposes, all within acceptable timeframes Liaising between consultants, medical secretaries, Trust staff and outside agencies as required Utilising IT skills Receiving and dealing with telephone / e-mails in a timely and professional manner.
