Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' strengths and challenges
* Implement effective teaching strategies to help students achieve educational goals
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic support for students
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Understanding of SEN policies and procedures
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet individual student needs
Education:
Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs
Experience:
Prior experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of various learning difficulties and disabilities
* Ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in Special Educational Needs
* Training in specific teaching methodologies for SEN students
Working Conditions:
The role may involve working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate students' schedules. The work environment will typically be within educational institutions or community settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
