We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a supportive and welcoming school in Exmouth. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills and experience to help students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Assisting with the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Providing targeted support to small groups or individual pupils
* Helping to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
What We Are Looking For
* HLTA qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience in a school setting
* Confidence in delivering lessons to whole classes
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
