Deputy Manager Opportunity
We support 30 people across 4 services with learning disabilities and autism, some of whom are non-verbal. We provide person-centred support and are looking for someone ready for a challenge, able to use their skills and experience to make a positive impact.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of support staff
* Developing and implementing person-centred care plans
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality support
* Managing budgets and resources effectively
