Qualifications and Experience: A relevant doctoral qualification in building surveying or a closely related field. Proven teaching experience at the higher education level, with a strong understanding of diverse learning needs. Significant professional experience in building surveying or the built environment, with a focus on relevant industry practices. A track record of scholarly publications and contributions to research projects.
