Key responsibilities: Have a clear 3 year rolling plan for your channel taking into consideration; sales coverage, commercial policy, target segments, channel programme (current vs future state), offer flows, role of partners & customer engagement model Robust mechanism in place for your sales coverage within your channel based on sales and performance data combined with a process in place to capture the wider market picture. Be clear on the metrics in place for each tier of customer coverage to optimise the resource within the channel Defined channel value proposition by offer / software / solutions, training content with clear plans for transactional & non-transactional demand generation with your channel Manage the channel programme, ensure we are rewarding the top tier customers with the right metrics & plan for our partner network Full animation plan for the year to ensure we are driving our database and active users numbers forward. Clear ABM plan to target new customers along with strategic roadmap linked to 3 year plan Alignment with the Channel Commercial Team to ensure strategy is being deployed to the right partners and targets. Build push/ pull campaigns with distribution team to ensure channel revenue flows are being hit by offer & ensure your MySE platform drives customers to the place Build strategy for Global and Local Marketing initiatives, deploy and track progress during the year. Ensure plan has channel specific plans for offer, software & segment campaigns Ensure we are utilizing the relevant industry influences (ECA, IET etc) in your channel to deploy campaigns and activity Continue to drive activity and opportunities with Marketing owned accounts, moving active accounts into sales ownership model Education Relevant degree or work-related experience essential Minimum of 2 years of channel marketing Experience required Skills and attributes: Strategic thinker Commercially aware Excellent communication skills Strong B2B marketing skill set Use your initiative to pro-actively move the channel strategy forward Team Player We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
