The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
You will need to have good customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team. You must be computer literate and able to work under pressure in a variety of jobs. Knowledge of WPAS would be advantageous.

Experience
* Qualifications and/or Knowledge: Experience and an ability to prepare detailed reports; Experience of using Microsoft Office software.
* Experience: An excellent communicator at all levels within and outside an organisation, including an ability to communicate effectively with patients and members of the public.
* Values: Communicate and build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels both internally and externally.
