Elevations HR Division are delighted to be working with a market-leading manufacturing business based in Selby as they look to recruit a HR Employee Relations Specialist / ER Case Manager into their team on a full time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities as Employee Relations Specialist: Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues across the Group businesses Support the Group Head of HR and Operations Director in all employee relations matters Advise managers on handling performance issues and disciplinary actions Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances.
