We are looking for a team player to join our small friendly practice.
Job Role includes:
* Answering phone lines.
* Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed.
* Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
* Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
* Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing reminders.
* Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
* Performing general office duties, such as photocopying and filing.
Requirements of you:
* Experience working in a dental setting is desirable but not essential.
* Working knowledge of general administrative duties, performing such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Practice Manager or other senior team members.
* Good telephone etiquette.
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Excellent customer service skills as the first point of contact for patients.
* High standard of personal presentation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fully computerised practice (R4).
