We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Exeter based team. You will play a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage phone calls and correspondence
* Maintain accurate customer database
* Prepare customer quotes and formal agreements
* Following up sales quotations
* Receiving and processing new leads via telephone, email and web
* Source, create and update prospect database
* Produce reports
* Learn and be proficient in all sales systems used
* Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience
Required Skills & Experience:
* Customer Service or Administration experience
* Strong IT skills including MS Office and email systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
* Collaborative and customer-focused
