Part-Time (0.8 FTE) and Open Ended As an HR service we are building on our recent period of growth and HR Transformation programme, to support our future vision and an opportunity has arisen to join this team. Providing a high quality, progressive and inclusive employment experience is really important to us, and in this role, you will support the Senior HRBP to deliver a high quality, strategically driven HR partnership to schools and professional services. You will oversee all employee relations case work, whilst also coaching and supporting managers. In addition, you will lead on people matters covering restructures, training, and procedure development with a focus on adding value with all that you do. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond processes and who understands the importance of the employee experience to the University’s overall success. You will be Level 7 CIPD qualified and have experience of working in an HR team in a large, complex organisation. It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of dealing with complex HR issues including employee relations casework and working with stakeholders to understand their needs. You will also be comfortable and experienced in managing change initiatives and delivering training.
