Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Employment status: Fixed-term Contract, 10 months, with a planned start date of mid-December.
Working Hours: 4 day working week – 30 hours per week or alternative part-time working patterns would be considered (e.g. school hours) – with hybrid working.
Salary Range: From £45,000 per annum, based on a 4-day working week.
We are currently recruiting a Compliance Administrator to join the Technical department at our headquarters in Shoreham-By-Sea.

Responsibilities:
As Compliance Administrator at Cox Marine, the focus will be on day-to-day management of compliance activities relating to delivery of new products or the updating of existing product lines. The role will involve close collaboration with our existing external compliance partners to ensure a timely resolution of actions required to achieve necessary product compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a live register of compliance activities and their status and supporting the Technical Director and other parties in submissions to receive certification. Additionally;
* Key point of contact for global certification authorities, Notified Body and Registered Organisations.
* Support projects and programmes as required.
* Change Review Board compliance point of contact and running change application management with relevant governing authorities.
* Preparation and submittal of annual certification carryover submissions.
* PLT capability and reporting (internal or external).
* Reporting production figures.

Skills and Experience
* Ability to operate with a level of autonomy.
* Good understanding of Project Management requirements and techniques.
* Demonstrable aptitude in responding to high pressure situations with sensible and rational decision making.
* Experience in Microsoft packages.

* Understanding of high level compliance processes in the marine or automotive environment
* Experience at test house or consultancy, working on compliance testing activities.
* Working level knowledge of automotive and/or marine technology.
