Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Projects Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role is a hands-on position that involves writing desops, writing software, commissioning, and some graphics work across various sites. The ideal candidate will have significant integration experience and be proficient in Trend and Tridium systems. Familiarity with Delta, Distech, and Schneider systems is also preferred. Key Responsibilities: Desops Writing: Working from specifications, producing details Descriptions of Operations. Software Development: Develop and write software for building management systems, ensuring high standards of functionality and reliability. Commissioning: Conduct commissioning activities on various sites, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and functioning as intended. Graphics Work: Create and update graphical representations of systems to aid in user interface and system monitoring. Systems Integration: Integrate different systems to work together seamlessly, ensuring compatibility and optimised performance. Site Management: Manage and oversee project sites, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines. Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Projects and other team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Required Systems Experience: Essential: Trend, Tridium Preferred: Delta, Distech, Schneider (at least one of these) Coverage Area: Primarily London-based projects, with occasional travel to other areas around the Home Counties. Benefits: Competitive Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Car Allowance or Lease: £550 per month towards a full EV or plug-in hybrid petrol car.
