Project/Programme Manager - Finance & Procurement System Implementation Location: Uxbridge (3 days onsite min) Salary: £130K-£140K up to 10% bonus benefits Contract Type: Permanent or FTC End Client: Real Estate / Construction business Lead a High-Impact Finance Transformation Project Are you a Project/Programme Manager with expertise in finance system implementations? Do you have experience in real estate, construction, or property development and thrive in environments where you can drive change and introduce governance? A boutique consultancy is partnering with a growing real estate developer to modernise its finance and procurement systems. This role is key to leading the system selection, governance setup, and full implementation in a business that is scaling rapidly. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance and procurement system implementation, replacing outdated spreadsheet and paper-based processes. Support system selection (e.g, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365, Coins, or HSO) and review vendor contracts. Establish governance, processes, and project frameworks in an IT department that is still developing. Manage third-party vendors responsible for system configuration, testing, and implementation. Oversee integration with Salesforce and align finance, IT, and procurement teams. Work closely with stakeholders in a business-driven, commercial environment, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions. What We're Looking For Finance systems expertise A track record of managing medium to large transformation projects in real estate, construction, or property development. Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and procurement processes. Ability to introduce structure, governance, and best practices in a business that is not used to running IT projects. Experience leading vendor selection, RFP, contract reviews, and system implementation. Strong stakeholder management skills - able to work with business-focused teams, IT, and third-party vendors. Comfortable working onsite in Uxbridge a minumum of 3 days per week in a professional, corporate environment.
