You will be joining an established friendly team, responsible for improving quality across a network of Employment Advisors. The role is peripatetic, and you will need to travel across the London & Southeast England region as required. This role will primarily be supporting our London and Southeast England region, including Greater London, Sussex and Kent. A full driving licence and access to a car is desirable. Key Responsibilities: You will be managing the quality, compliance, claims, and staff learning and development within your allocated regions. You will review and monitor operations by auditing records and activities, providing feedback and guidance. The role requires you to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will support our ongoing accreditation with various Quality Standards (ISO9001 and Matrix). You will also be key in training, coaching and mentoring staff across the team while working closely with The Salvation Army’s Learning and Development team (SISTAD).
