Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants for ad-hoc placements in primary and secondary schools. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy supporting children with varying educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to teachers, helping manage classroom behaviour and assisting with learning activities.
Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts.
Support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required.
Assist with general classroom tasks, including preparing resources and tidying up.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred but not essential).
A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
An enhanced DBS check registered on the update service or willingness to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
