As one of our Receptionists at The O2, you'll be the welcoming face of one of the world's most iconic entertainment venues. Your professional warmth will set the tone for every visitor experience, leaving a lasting impression that represents our world-class brand. This role is part of a job share, working 2 days a week on Thursdays and Fridays.
What you'll be doing:
1. Create Exceptional Welcome Experiences: Greet all visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism while efficiently managing calls, emails, and messages.
2. Manage Visitor Systems with Precision: Oversee guest registration, security protocols, and provide visitor credentials with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Support Office Excellence: Ensure workspace functionality by monitoring equipment, maintaining supplies, and anticipating needs.
4. Maintain Professional Meeting Spaces: Keep meeting rooms ready for use and assist with booking coordination.
5. Facilitate Guest List Management: Provide crucial support for VIP guest experiences.
6. Deliver Seamless Event Day Support: Ensure all Guest Experience enquiries are accurately signposted to Event Reception with proper handovers, supporting a consistent best-in-class experience.
7. Embrace Additional Responsibilities: Demonstrate flexibility by supporting leadership with various projects as needed.
What we're looking for:
1. Customer-facing experience paired with genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
2. Strong administrative capabilities and familiarity with office technology such as printers and photocopiers.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
5. Self-motivated with excellent independent judgment and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Location: The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. The role requires working 2 days a week, on Thursdays and Fridays.
