Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are kept tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
1. Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
2. Key holder and Alarm. Creating out of office hours cleaning time flexibility.
3. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
4. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while ensuring bins are emptied regularly.
5. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
6. Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored safely after use.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by responding positively to client feedback and requests.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
2. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between locations.
